In a world where digital infrastructure sits at the heart of every organization, data centers represent environments of unmatched complexity and demand. These highly specialized buildings, designed first and foremost for the servers and systems that power them, require an architectural rigor that few other project types can match.

Our role as architect is fundamental from the very first stages of design. We establish the collaborative framework, notably through BIM deployment, and define the overall strategy that aligns every expert around a shared vision. Electromechanical strategy, cooling system optimization, coordination of technical installations: every decision is integrated into a comprehensive and coherent approach.

The architect acts here as a true conductor. Articulating server rooms and administrative spaces, ensuring the seamless integration of highly technical constraints, and translating complex requirements into spaces that are efficient, secure, and functional.

COHESIO works in many controlled environments, including data centers and power generators, which are essential to the operation of local and global businesses.
