The development of a new colocation data center in the first basement level and the integration of technical infrastructure on the roof represent a key project aimed at strengthening the building’s technological capacity. This strategic intervention sought to provide a highly secure and resilient environment capable of supporting critical IT operations without interruption.
Commissioned to design the expansion and layout of a 9,000 sq.ft. server room, COHESIO Architecture also developed a rooftop technical platform integrating two generators and major air conditioning equipment. The creation of a vertical chilled water network, the installation of a raised floor system, and the complete decoupling of existing systems made it possible to achieve a high level of performance and reliability. A fuel storage room located on the fifth basement level completes the installation.
From architectural planning to construction supervision, the team provided comprehensive project oversight, including obtaining the required regulatory approvals. Carried out in an operational building, these interventions required rigorous coordination and tailored technical solutions. This project illustrates COHESIO Architecture’s expertise in managing complex multi-level infrastructure, where technical innovation and operational continuity go hand in hand.
