INTERNAL TECHNICAL IMPROVEMENT
The training organized by COHĒSIO Architecture for its intermediate and senior staff last Thursday was informative.
Thanks to David Morissette, Pre-Construction Director at QMD Enterprises Inc., for selecting his best examples of statements of work that are difficult to evaluate in tendering processes. Many ideas were shared on how to address these challenges. The issues related to the BSDQ tendering code and its specificities for different trades were discussed.
In the end we happily exchanged ideas on different strategies allowing for a fair evaluation of the work which is difficult to quantify during the tendering period.

INTERNAL TECHNICAL IMPROVEMENT
As part of its intermediate/senior technical development program, COHĒSIO Architecture presented a training course on decarbonization. This study analyzed the impact of various measures that could be applied to the building envelope of a downtown tower, where all components were tested: the roof, the glazing, and the solid walls.

After a wonderful week at the Montreal World Trade Centre, the Montreal of the Future event in its 2025 edition has come to an end, and we leave with many great experiences.
The opening night was particularly memorable. We had the pleasure of meeting colleagues, clients, collaborators, and spending a wonderful evening in good company.

FROM THE SHOVEL OF EARTH TO COMMISSIONING
The COLOGIX MTL8 data center, now built and operational, will be showcased next week at the 9th edition of Montréal du Futur. This is a great opportunity to share our vision for new data centers and Montreal's digital infrastructure.

BOMA TRAINING BY STÉPHANE CARRIÈRE
A look back at the BOMA Measurement training course with Stéphane Carrière
Today, Stéphane Carrière (OAQ, OAA), Associate Architect at COHĒSIO Architecture, led a practical training session on the application of BOMA measurement standards.
For several years, Stéphane has been putting his expertise to work for property managers as a member of the BOMA Québec Measurement Committee, trainer, and designated interpreter of measurement standards. Thanks to this mastery of BOMA standards, COHÉSIO Architecture assists owners and managers in optimizing their rental spaces, facilitating the management and appreciation of their real estate assets.
