Located in downtown Montréal, 1155 Robert-Bourassa has stood for more than six decades. With its limestone façade and elegant lines inspired by the Federal style, the building has endured over time while remaining an integral part of the city's urban life.

COHESIO Architecture led a project that bridges heritage and modernity. The third and fourth floors were redesigned to accommodate a modern data center, while the roof became the setting for a new refined technical orchestration. Generators, cooling modules and platforms are deployed behind discreet and silent screens designed to integrate with the existing architecture. Inside, the data center spaces were reconfigured and expanded to accommodate new electromechanical equipment and meet technical requirements.

This project embodies the art of combining performance and discretion: each installation, visible or invisible, respects the history of the building while carefully addressing the visual and acoustic constraints in place.
