Stephane Carriere

Stephane Carriere, a project management specialist, supervises renovation, recycling, and maintenance operations for numerous commercial and institutional buildings in the Montreal and Ottawa regions. Frequently dealing with the complexities of construction sites in occupied areas, he meticulously plans his projects to minimize disruptions to operations.
A project manager since 1993 and partner with the firm since 2007, he is renowned for effectively managing complex and sensitive projects. He also holds ATS accreditation from the
Uptime Institute (USA) for the planning, construction and management of reliable, highperformance data centers.

He possesses the knowledge and capability needed for transformation projects, including interior redesign and work on the building envelope. As the Managing Director, he oversees and optimises internal organisational processes to ensure operational efficiency and uphold a high standard of professional expertise.

Since joining the team in 2017, she has been dedicated to contributing to the firm's growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and enhancing the skills of the COHESIO team.

conviviality and exemplary determination. He adeptly utilizes a multidisciplinary collaborative approach that involves customers, other consultants, and contractors.
With his extensive years of experience, Andrés excels at organizing, supervising, and producing plans, significantly contributing to COHÉSIO Architecture's reputation.

In 2020, the architecture firm rebranded, including a new logo, an updated corporate image, and relocated offices. This change represents a renewal, leveraging over 40 years of experience to
redefine its identity within Quebec's architectural landscape.
The partners are deeply engaged in the execution of projects.
