COHESIO Architecture designed a new building housing offices and a specialized manufacturing workshop on a greenfield site, on a turnkey basis under the guidance of Espace Construction. The building has a total surface area of 23,686 sq.ft. on a site of 86,733 sq.ft.

The new building was to incorporate 5,000 sq.ft. of office space on 2 floors, a 28'' high production workshop with special equipment and services including cages, access control, security equipment and installations, vaults, laboratories, etc.

According to the customer's specifications, the new building is a non-combustible steel construction with a flat roof insulated on steel decking, steel and masonry exterior cladding, and no basement.

 

COHESIO Architecture was commissioned to carry out all stages of the project, from preliminary studies to partial supervision.
