The engineering consulting firm GCM Consultants, experiencing significant growth, commissioned COHESIO Architecture to design its new office building.

This new 47,000 sq.ft. construction aims to create a building that fully reflects the company’s identity. Its objective is to bring teams together and inspire them while embodying the values of innovation, sustainable development and professionalism.

Composed of steel cages filled with natural stone, the gabion wall at the entrance integrates into the project as a nod to the company’s mining sector expertise. Extending through the building, it guides visitors from the entrance to the main living and working spaces. The exposed structure and mechanical systems highlight the company’s spirit of innovation.

Open-plan offices, a variety of meeting areas, small phone booths and conference rooms facilitate informal exchanges and strengthen collaboration among GCM Consultants’ teams.
