The FedEx warehouse in Lachine is the result of a careful reflection on the transformation of a former industrial building into a space where logistical efficiency and the quality of working environments coexist.

The intervention aimed to adapt the existing building to the needs of its new tenant, FedEx, by providing functional and comfortable spaces capable of supporting both administrative activities and logistics operations.

COHESIO Architecture demonstrated its expertise in resolving the conceptual and functional duality between industrial areas and office spaces. The project was structured around two main components: the complete redevelopment of the office areas accompanied by an electromechanical upgrade, and the renovation of the warehouse including the refurbishment of storage and shipping equipment.

FedEx technical standards and specifications are established according to American references. COHESIO Architecture successfully adapted to these requirements by identifying Canadian equivalents in compliance with current regulatory standards.
