COGECO Campus in Trois-Rivières
This project aimed to centralize the activities of Cogeco, a communications and cable broadcasting company, in a single building that would become a flagship for the company. COHÉSIO developed and implemented the master plan for this campus, including site planning (traffic and parking) and the design and layout of an office building with a control room and warehouse. These additions are connected to an existing building by a walkway leading from the cafeteria.

As part of the revision of its computer science program, Collège Ahuntsic commissioned COHESIO Architecture to transform its built environment. The project forms part of a gradual transition carried out alongside other maintenance and asset revitalization initiatives undertaken by the College. The objective was to rethink the computer laboratories and adjacent corridors in order to create a functional and welcoming environment suited to the current needs of students.
In collaboration with a furniture design firm, the layout and harmonization of the classrooms were achieved using existing equipment while introducing innovative solutions. With a focus on durability and efficiency, the project provides a comfortable and ergonomic working environment.
Coordination between COHESIO Architecture and service providers was essential to ensure the coherence of the installations and compliance with technical constraints.
