This major office development project for Rio Tinto in Montreal was conducted by COHESIO Architecture in consortium with Gensler, with the aim to bring together all the human resources within the same space in the new Deloitte tower downtown. Workspaces with cutting-edge design and new technology have been created, in accordance with the company’s values and mission.

The project was certified LEED Platinum, highest distinction of the LEED evaluation system recognized as the standard for sustainable buildings.
