Located in the heart of the Cité du commerce électronique, COHESIO Architecture (formerly Julien Architecture), in collaboration with Moureaux Hauspy Design Inc., carried out the interior fit-out of the offices for Groupe CGI, which sought to centralize its teams across 25 floors totaling 450,000 sq.ft. Conducted in parallel with the building’s construction, the project benefited from close coordination between COHESIO, Moureaux Hauspy Design Inc., and the Axor Group.
Divided into 13 phases over a 12-month period, the plans were adjusted throughout the project to respond to the client’s evolving needs while ensuring compliance and operational safety.
Modular workstations, bright private offices and raised floors accommodating electrical and data cabling illustrate a functional and flexible design, perfectly suited to the requirements of a modern corporate environment.
The layout transforms each floor into a distinct experience where light, circulation and innovation support creativity and collaboration. The design becomes a language in itself, and every detail speaks to the energy and identity of “Conseillers en Gestion Informatique.”
