COGECO Campus in Trois-Rivières
The aim of this project was to centralize the activities of the telecommunications and media company Cogeco within one building, becoming a showcase for the company. COHESIO Architecture conducted the design and implementation of the campus’ master plan comprising: site planning (traffic and parking) and the implementation/design of an office building with a control room and a warehouse. Those extensions are connected to an existing building by a walkway converted as a cafeteria.

At the heart of the revitalization of Place Victoria, COHESIO Architecture transformed the basement level connected to the metro into a modern and dynamic space, reinventing the food hall to offer visitors a unique experience.
In collaboration with Benoy, the team identified the client’s needs from the earliest design stages and addressed the technical and regulatory challenges associated with the concept developed by the interior design firm. Project leadership ensured a seamless balance between creative vision and practical implementation. The result includes redesigned commercial spaces, optimized technical services, two modern washroom facilities, cyclist showers and lockers, and an innovative tunnel directly connecting the food hall to the Square-Victoria–OACI metro station and the new BNC complex.
This seamless connection enhances accessibility and establishes the food hall as a vibrant destination for gathering, dining and commerce in the heart of the city.
