COGECO Campus in Trois-Rivières
The aim of this project was to centralize the activities of the telecommunications and media company Cogeco within one building, becoming a showcase for the company. COHESIO Architecture conducted the design and implementation of the campus’ master plan comprising: site planning (traffic and parking) and the implementation/design of an office building with a control room and a warehouse. Those extensions are connected to an existing building by a walkway converted as a cafeteria.

To provide its teams with a unified, modern work environment suited to the company’s growth, a new headquarters was developed in the city of Trois-Rivières. This new construction centralizes operations while optimizing costs and internal management.
Working in consortium with Locus 3, COHESIO Architecture oriented the design toward a contemporary and sustainable environment. Particular attention was given to local suppliers, allowing wood to be prominently featured both inside and outside the building.
Careful management of lighting, acoustics and ergonomics made it possible to meet the significant electromechanical requirements associated with the communications and media sectors.
COHESIO Architecture supported this transition toward work environments that are more comfortable, more coherent and better aligned with the real needs of employees.
