In keeping with the growing trend toward collaborative work environments while optimizing occupied space, COHESIO Architecture was commissioned with VAD Design to modernize the offices of Imperial Tobacco's headquarters. The challenge consisted of reducing the occupied area by half while ensuring employee buy-in for the new work environment. Employees were given the opportunity to select and test their future workstations in situ.

Every effort was made to create bright, open and functional spaces. Each area was designed to encourage interaction while respecting the need for privacy.

Construction work carried out at night, particularly in the server room, ensured the smooth continuity of the staff's daily activities.
