Place Pointe-aux-Trembles is a shopping center built at the end of the 1980s. Following several expansion plans throughout the years, it had become a long strip of shops with mismatched facades without any visual interest for consumers. COHESIO carried out many operations aiming at modifying the shopping center’s structure to improve circulation between the shops and at uniformizing all the facades. New materials were chosen to create a simple but modern design, and advanced lighting works made the shopping center visually appealing by day as well as by night.
